I've had people asking me about the owl box. It was sent to me from Owl Reach and it's great because of its unique design with a bigger owl opening than standard. However, it doesn't appear as though she's currently selling. Similar boxes can be now be found on Etsy.

Every single night I sit outside, facing the owl watching it as it completely ignores me. It seems entirely relaxed to have me in its yard.
My favourite routine is toe stretching and preening. Yes, footage of that coming up before the end of summer.

I have lived with companion parrots for about 40 years. We know that birds evolved from dinosaurs, yet I never tire of watching their behaviors and being amazed by how similar they all are -- lthe preening while standing on one leg made me smile. Sometimes my birds even eat with one leg tucked in. I especially loved how your baby stared right at you at the end of the video. <3

On another note I’ve been meaning to say that when I make your Garlic and Rosemary croutons (the best ever, thank you). It’s easier to cut the bread when it’s frozen rather than fresh!
