Please enjoy learning more about me than you probably should in this podcast. ~ karen

Andrea and I first met at an audition for a makeover show we were both ultimately hired for - Stylin' Gypsies.
Over the years Andrea has worked both on and off camera, travelled to live in Singapore for over a decade, and recently moved back to Toronto where the first thing we did together was go to an Elton John concert (see above).
Would you like to save this stuff?
Now firmly settled in Toronto, Andrea has taken her media experience and observations and turned them into a plucky podcast.
Here is my guest spot.
If Spotify isn't doing it for you, you can also listen on Apple podcasts.
Thank you KB for being a guest.
Thank you for sharing.
And most of all, thank you for being a friend.
And I agree with the comment that you need your own podcast
xo
You 2 are so f*&%ing funny. I appreciate your candor and wit. I can't wait to hear what you both have to say when you're the other side of 60.
Loved this. I still remember the post after Andrea sent you “panther urine wipes”. I reference this when someone recommends some “anti-aging” product. In reality anti-aging is death, so thanks I’ll keep my sags, wrinkles and spots
I wouldn't mind getting rid of the sags, wrinkles and spots.🤣 ~ karen!
Loved listening to this Podcast and immediately gave it a follow.
It's both kinda rough & very freeing to be a woman in her fifties these days.
I personally have moved on from the noncommittal "I don't give a F@ck",
to the much (less) appreciated "F@ck Around & Find Out" attitude these days lol! No Apologies :)
ps: Why on earth are there not hundreds of comments on this post !?!
Oh crap on a cracker, I’ll be 74 (how the fuck did that happen?) in April and I am sick to death of all the colossally stupid articles that pop up about haircuts for women over 40 or makeup or what not to wear or whatever. Apparently, women over 70 don’t even exist. Covid shutdown was a watershed moment for me not wearing makeup. I still do on important occasions and imho look hot but otherwise, I’m just me. Take it or leave it. Whew! And btw, great podcast! It’s the first one I’ve ever listened to so what the heck do I know? I am over 70 after all lol 😝
I actually enjoyed this podcast but I don't agree with moderating comments/speech. I think it should be free speech. Thought patrol/police is a very dangerous slope and wrong. Absolute NO NO. Are you familiar with the movie "Minority Report" ? NO. I agree with your thoughts but policing thought is NO and DANGEROUS. Who gets to decide? NO NO.
Thanks for sharing the fun listen.
So good. Just listened while I'm scraping the popcorn stucco off my ceiling. I laughed out loud and nearly fell of my counter. Thanks for the listen. If you weren't busy enough, you could do a podcast of your own. I like how you writed too.
