The Great, Gargantuan, Giftmas Giveaway!
Prize Package #3

Thank you to everyone who participated … the winners have been drawn and the contest is closed.

But feel free to pin STUFF anyway. 😉

You’ve made it to day three of the Great, Gargantuan, Giftmas Giveaway!  Please remember to drink plenty of water throughout the week. This kind of excitement can be very taxing on a body.  You need liquids.  Maybe even a chewable vitamin.

The third prize package this week is courtesy of Compass Jewelry, Design The Life You Want to Live (blog), and El Mismo Sol with a total value of over $350.   If you’re a free spirited, world travelling, homebody, arty fart with a touch of hippie  … this one’s for you.  And yes.  There *is* such a thing.

This winner of this prize package will get:

Compass Jewelry – Black lace necklace with asymmetrical black and red beads, Black bobble chain with silver plated “Strength” ring, Classic silver plated key with red rose necklace, Red lace necklace.

Design the Life You Want to Live – Collection of punched metal (one canister, one  jasmine scented candle and one soap), one Yoga mat holder, 2 jewelry boxes with 1 necklace in each box.  All items were collected in Bali and were hand crafted by the Balinese.  Nothing factory made.  Courtesy of Lynne, who met each and every artisan in Bali and brought their work home with her.

El Mismo Sol – One handmade polar fleece patchwork dress in any size and colours of your choice.

To enter to win  all you have to do is Pin something from my site, and under the description of the Pin, type “I love The Art of Doing Stuff”, and then add the number of the prize package you’re entering to win. In today’s case the prize package is #3.

So your pin would look ike this …

All of my posts have a “Pin It” button at the top of the page and at the bottom just before the comment section.  Just click on that to pin any page from my site you want.

There is NO limit to how many things you can Pin and each Pin will get you an entry into the contest.  The winner will be randomly drawn, but the more Pins you have, the more chances you have to win.

Remember, you HAVE to write the description as “I love The Art of Doing Stuff”.  If you don’t say that, I won’t know that you pinned.  It’s our secret code.

So … get Pinning!

You are not pinning things from my Pinterest board.  You are pinning things from this website.  Repinning things from my Pinterest board will not count as entries.

See you back here tomorrow for your chance to win Prize Package #4!

The winners from the whole week will be announced Thursday, November 22rd.

This Prize Package is only open to those in North America.

I love that you are cleaning out your closet and giving away all your cool stuff! Ha…i don’t think your closets are that big. I totally pinned the whole frozen popsicle…er, I mean the frozen yogurt tampon thing. That’s what won me over to your blog. And apparently I’m the whole ” free spirited, world travelling, homebody, arty fart with a touch of hippie” because I love everything here! Well, until you find those BOGS in your closet.

  2. Marti says:

Great gobs of giveaways! Um, why does this one say “Great Gargantuan Giftmas Giveaway Price Package #3” on the headline but have a #2 in the graphics above “Bohemian Package”? Tiny bit lost on that one…

    • Karen says:

Oops! I fixed the error hours ago but must have forgot to push the “update” button on the post. Thx. ~ karen!

      • Marti says:

        Excellent giveaway, btw!

Alas, I already won the giveaway of my dreams here at TADS, and feel that attempting to win another logo tea towel would be tempting the Fates to turn on me.

  3. Jan says:

I was thrilled to see that my pins are being repinned! So here’s to spreading the word about the info on your site!

  4. Heather says:

So I have been pinning things and I’m sure others have as well and when I search in Pinterest with the phrase “I love the art of doing stuff” there are no results to be found. Are we doing something wrong?

    • Erin says:

I got that too, Heather! But when I look up just “Art of Doing Stuff”, lots of things come up, but “i love the art of doing stuff”? NOTHIN. What gives? Anyone?

  5. Susan says:

Oh, Karen, I’m starting to feel like such a dinosaur. Can we not pin the whole blog page? I thought I was doing it right, pinning pages I’ve really enjoyed and when I checked them today, all I’m pinning is your header. Duh! Today I managed to pin a picture of your Thai Butternut soup but I was trying to pin the whole recipe. What the heck am I doing wrong?

    • Karen says:

Hi Susan – You aren’t doing anything wrong. When you “pin” something only a picture shows up. If someone wants to see more of it they click on the picture which takes them to the original post on whoever’s blog or website it came from. ~ karen!

  6. Gina Shar says:

Remember the Glowing Garden Orbs? That’s what hooked me. Still one of the most inspired projects ever….

  7. Lisa F says:

Would LOVE to win #3–I fell in love with El Mismo Sol after visiting it from your sidebar. Yep– “I love The Art of Doing Stuff” !!!!

  8. Brie says:

I just jumped and squealed upon seeing this prize package!!!! (I also teared up a bit at the thought of possibly winning something for the first time ever!!- shhhh…. it’s not a sign of weakness ;)) This will be such a sad Christmas for me- thanks for giving me something to get excited about (even if it’s a small shot at winning- it’s better than nothing!) I have read your blog every day for the past two years, and love the laugh it brings me in the morning! Thanks for everything Karen!!!!

  9. Debbie B says:

having fun looking over older posts, many making me giggle all over again.

  10. Tracey Wilson says:

  11. Nancy Blue Moon says:

WOW..this is the most amazing giveaway ever!!!!

  12. Shauna says:

what about people who repin my pin and don’t change the comment box, does that mean they’re getting to enter the contest too and on the back of my hard work no less? or, is there some pinning mojo out there that makes it so you can tell the difference?

    • Karen says:

Shauna – Repins are not counted. I am only alerted about pins that originate from my website, so I won’t even know they repinned. ~ karen!

  13. qtpuh2tme says:

LUV this Bohemian Beautimus! Pinned! ~:)

  14. Jan says:

Karen- did you do a post on how to cook a 17 pound organic turkey ? If so, I’m pinning it.

Our organic store had turkeys on order but didn’t give us a size selection. We only have 9 for dinner. But it looks like a beaut of a turkey if a wee bit on the hefty side. I dropped it on my foot when I lifted it because it was heavier and more slippery than I thought.

But my pinning fingers are still fine! And I am relieved about that. This is a fun contest!

  15. maggiewann says:

Yesterday I pinned without a problem, today when I click “pin it” it takes me to your Pinterest board–I hate being so needy.
