We have mouths and this is what we’re putting in them next week.   Barring a meteor hitting Southern Ontario. Holy crap, eh?!

Note! Sunday’s meal of Tortellini en brodo has been moved to Saturday night to accommodate the appetizer fest which is known as Oscar night! I forgot the Oscars were this Sunday.

    Hi there – I’m going to make your caesar salad dressing and was wondering (after it rests for a day), how long do you think it will keep in the fridge? It might take me a few days to use it all up and I worry about keeping it too long since it has a raw egg.

      Kelly – It’ll be fine. I usually keep mine in the fridge for 4 days or so. I’ve never had a problem. The thing with raw eggs, is … you’ll be able to smell if they’ve gone horrible. 🙂 ~ karen!

    Karen! Tell me more about the polenta. I have a tube/log but I haven’t tried to use it because I’m not so sure about the porridgy first go of it. I know I like the solid version. HELP!
