Baguette Crisps

This is a great way to use up stale baguettes or make use of the cheap day old ones in the grocery store.  Delicious little crisps perfect for topping with diced tomatoes or dipping in hummus.

  • 1 baguette try flavored baguettes like onion or garlic.
  • 1/4 cup olive oil good quality
  • sea salt flaked if possible
  • 4 sprigs rosemary optional


  • Preheat oven to 375 f. 
    Slice the baguette into 1/4 inch pieces.
    Brush both sides with olive oil.
    Sprinkle each slice with flaked sea salt.
    Sprinkle with chopped rosemary if desired.
    Bake at 375 for 15 minutes.
