AC Paint is a giant informal decorative that looks paint splattered. Each bloom on the same plant will be similar, but different.

I agree. I joined Jigidi and I still lose my puzzle when I am half way done with it almost every time. SO frustrating! I love your puzzles but this is not worth the hassle? 🥴

That was an awesome puzzle to work on - thank you! Now I'm in love with the blossom that I became intimately involved with! Wish they could grow in Florida but---we got citrus instead. But it smells divine and tastes good, also. So there is that.

Oh while I’m here I need some help. I have a huge Hydrangea that bloomed the first year and has refused to bloom again the last 12 years. No matter how much I stomp my feet and threaten to dig it up and be done with it. It’s just a big green monster at this point taking up space. I’ve been told used coffee grounds helps but I’ve used so many this thing could be used in a Folgers commercial, not to mention the flower beds smells like a freaking coffee bar!
Any advice before I lose my mind and follow through on my murderous thoughts??

Hi Carrie Anne. :) Coffee grounds are used to alter the alkalinity of the soil to change the colour of the bloom. Not to make it actually bloom. If they haven't bloomed in 12 years I'd honestly dig them up and move them. They aren't happy where they are. As a last resort for next year I would change what you do. If you cut your hydrangea back every year, do NOT cut it back. If you do cut it back, then don't. It could be that your particular hydrangea variety only blooms on old wood. ~ karen!

Love that you can decide how many pieces you want! Thanks ;) The Dahlia is gorgeous. I had dinner plate Dahlias growing at my previous home. My favorites are Aliums. I think that’s what they’re called. Lol
Very tall with purple “Pom Pom” looking heads. Reminds me of a Truffula tree in Dr. Seuss’ The Lorax! Just not so fluffy.

Oh, what a dahlia! I love variegated plants and flowers, but not everyone does. It makes me want to order some more dahlias for next year! I lost all of mine in the prolonged draught here, and with the limitations on how much water we could use, we dedicated it to somewhat clean clothes, an occasional shower and a few tomato and pepper plants. Most of my ornamentals had to just survive or say goodbye! This year, with tons of rain, I miss the glads, dahlias and zinnias I once had!
