    My top 30 Minute Meals

One for the carnivores, one for the vegetarians and one for the vegans. Three, 30 minute meals that will delight your tastebuds and impress your guests. Unless your guest is a 3 year old, in which case you could go for the even more time efficient meal of a cup full of goldfish crackers and a virus they licked off the leg of a a shopping cart.

If you're short on time this weekend any of these recipes will do the trick.

While perusing your yummy sounding Cashew Chicken recipe, I noticed that the manadarin oranges are "optional"! Wouldn't that make a big difference to the finished product? Just askin' . . .

LOL...Carnivores rule, baby! (or perhaps that should be Omnivores)

Nuttin faster than a hunk of cheese on some crackers. Hm, I don't see that on your list! :)

Lol! I had 3 kids, who married giving me 6 children. All of who love babies so much that I now have 10 grands and one great grand. There is precious little we haven't dealt with. From the one who cried cause we ate meat to; the one that eats nothing but chicken; to the one who nearly stopped breathing because the lunchroom lady put ranch dressing on his salad....can relate to feeding children. Thx for the laughs!

I LOVE the spicy sesame noodles! So easy to make and they work well even if you use spaghetti. I just made them again 2 nights ago and had them with a roasted duck. Every time I eat them I thank you, Karen for this recipe.

When my son was little, he would eat anything EXCEPT a fish stick. Or seafood of any kind. My husband figured he was smart because we were 1500 miles from the ocean! He now lives in No. Calif. and still won't eat seafood. Go figure. He topped off at 6'8" and is a whiz in the kitchen.

Maybe I should have eaten more fish while growing up. I'm 5'. Is it too late?

LOL! No, he has never eaten seafood. Sorry, I can't help you there! And it probably IS too late anyway.......

::sigh:: I figured since I also didn't eat much fish, and stopped at 5', perhaps eating fish would do the trick, upwards, not outwards! :)

I love pesto - I wanted it with my spaghetti tonight. All out :( The way things are now, I'll probably have to pay $18 for a bunch of basil....yeesh. Really making a better effort at growing food in our yard this spring.
My 5 year old loved pesto when she was three. Then she didn't. "Because people can change." she says whenever she doesn't like something she used to.
