Please enjoy your weekend puzzle accompanied by 14 of the cutest canine companions cruising for deals at the biggest antique show of the season.

If you read through yesterdays post and are waiting to find out what it was I brought home with me from the Autumn Aberfoyle Antique Show the answer will be revealed in this week's puzzle.
My time for this was impressively bad even for me.
The 48 Piece Puzzle

I bought 2 framed scenes of vintage delft tiles. Each of them has a full oak frame, but I took a few liberties with the photograph for the puzzle. You can see one of the framed scenes in yesterday's post all about the Aberfoyle show.
I'm not entirely sure where they're going to go ... but they'll go somewhere. I just hope it isn't the land of questionable purchases - the right corner of the basement alongside the Instant Pot.
Have a good weekend. Garden cleanup, poodle washing, lasagna making and sheet washing. You?

Small world! They gentleman that sold you that was at the Cookstown show giving my daughter and I the rundown on it 😀
Oh, that's funny! I missed Cookstown. Hope it was good! ~ karen
5:36....I love your puzzles and I love the framed tiles!! The bar cart was really nice too.....so glad it wasn't the cranky baby...LOL....and beautiful dogs =)
Since I missed last weekend, we went today and it was great. Saw some beautiful African coil woven baskets but $225 was a bit more than I spend on a whim. Nothing really called out to me until the very end when a wrought iron floor candelabra complete with amber hanging crystals whispered “hey baby, I know you want me”. I managed to avoid its siren call when I heard my husband mutter something about over his dead body….. hmmmm 😉
6:25, I worked an estate sale this weekend and came home with a really cool antique garden cart as one of my favorite treasures! Too bad we can’t attach pictures.
Hey - we’re going to be mates during lasagna prep and sheet laundering! 🥳
OH jeez, things are looking slim for the sheets. It's 6:09 and I haven't started them. Lasagna is made and dog is groomed though! ~ karen
Woo-hoo! This was my guess (not that I posted it)! I would 100% have bought it, too.
I think at least one of them would look great standing up at the back of your kitchen counter.
Very cute dogs and very nice purchase.
Love them. I've been following long enough now I'm guessing what you'll purchase. Best buds! lol
I remember going to the Aberfoyle antique market with my mom in the 60s-70s. My weekend? Stripping multiple coats of paint off a circa 1880s Victorian door. You know the kind – rosette corners and other fancy wooden details and crannies for the paint to cling to.
Dang it, that scene was one of my hunches -lol Fun puzzle as always - 5:29 Glad you found something 'English cottage worthy.'
Oh, should you ever opt to write a period piece novel?
The Dogs of Aberfoyle would be a terrific title. Maybe even a series on PBS?
