I'd love to write a full length highly entertaining post for you, but at this very moment the only thing I can think about is going to bed so I can continue reading this book.
Which is exactly what I'm going to do right now.
It's currently 4:15 p.m. by the way.
Go to the store and buy it. Better yet ... download it to your iPad or Kindle. You'll miss out on the feel of an actual book but it'll be faster that way.
Go. NOW.
Have a good weekend. Details about what this year's Big Spring Project is on Monday morning!

Next on your list: "Rules of Civility"...

Ok Karen, I discarded the book I was reading and started this one. Sadly, it was already 11:30 pm and I fell asleep promptly. But those first few pages have started well...

I listened to the audio book. Think about Vincent Price as the narrator.

It is good to read that some of your followers are finding this recommended book at their public libraries. When I finish the three books on my nightstand, and return them to the library, I will request this book for my next read. To tell the truth, I wish winter would linger on for another month or so, just because it is so fun to go to bed early (nothing else to do) and snuggle in the covers with a great book. Glad I'm not the only one who actually does this late in the afternoon.

If you enjoyed this book you would be fascinated by The Devil in the White City by Eric Larsen.....another one of my favourites.

The public library in Lexington, KY has chosen it for their One Book One Lexington book reading project. I'm getting ready to start it, too!

How bizarre. I'm currently reading this book! I just met you for the first time at the grocery store and now we're reading the same book... maybe I will buy chickens?

Anything that can get you in bed at 4:15 in the afternoon must be damn good..Besides the Fella that is..Sounds great..I mean the book..

SUCH a good book! It was my favorite of 2012 I think.
I downloaded it on my kindle, and I plan on buying a hard copy.
I tend to only download the trashy or kid books on my kindle. I love the feel of a real book, and the look of a library full of books in my house.
Inga
My all-time favourite book!!! I envy anyone reading it for the first time.

Have to put this on my list of books to read. Busy reading the sequel to The Rising; City of The Dead...by Brian Keene. Looking forward to your big spring project. All we have to look forward to is more snow. LOL Have a great weekend.

Checked it out from my local library a few months ago, read, loved it, returned it.
